From Orchard to Tin
"Pure oil does not happen by accident."
Orchard in Málaga → mechanical press → natural refining → two labs → light-proof tin → your kitchen. Here's every step, and the lab report to prove it.
Check a batch →The Avo Company's avocado oil follows a carefully controlled journey from Hass avocados grown in Mediterranean orchards to mechanical extraction, multiple rounds of laboratory testing, and protective tin packaging.
Pure oil happens through process. At TAC, the process is built to protect purity, stability, and traceability at every step.
Our avocado oil begins its journey in Spain, produced by an agricultural family with Mediterranean roots. The avocados are grown in the Málaga region, where the climate is well suited for cultivating Hass avocados.
Hass avocados are selected because of their naturally high oil content. Harvesting takes place once the fruit reaches full maturity. Each batch is inspected so that only healthy, mature avocados move forward.
Avocados yield only 12–20% oil. It takes 11 to 15 avocados to produce a single 450 ml tin of TAC avocado oil.

Selected fruits are de-stoned, peeled, and ground into avocado paste. The paste undergoes mechanical extraction: oil is separated using centrifugation and physical separation, without the use of chemicals or solvents.
Essential, TAC's Pure Avocado Oil, is then naturally refined to remove impurities:
Drizzle, our extra virgin avocado oil, is cold-pressed under 27°C and left unrefined.

Before any oil leaves Spain, and again before it's filled in India, every batch is independently tested. No exceptions.
Each approved batch is filled into tins and spray cans at our trusted co-packers, under safe and quality-controlled conditions.
Each approved batch has a unique code printed on the tin. Enter it on Know Your Batch to view the laboratory report for your oil.
To protect against light and oxygen, TAC uses light-blocking tins and aluminium spray cans. Our tins feature a controlled-pour cap to regulate airflow and maintain smoke point stability, essential for warm, bright Indian kitchens. We had SGS India test the tins for migration into the oil; read the results.

Every batch is tested. Every result is shared. Every tin is traceable.
Now you know
Avocados yield only 12–20% oil. It takes 11–15 Hass avocados to fill one tin.
Duty adds about 57% to the landed cost. On every ₹1,000 of oil we import, about ₹570 goes to Indian customs.
Every batch is tested in Málaga and verified in Chennai before a single tin is filled.
Tins and aluminium spray cans cost more than plastic, on purpose: they block light and air.
Real sourcing. Real testing. Real duty. That's why our prices stay the same on every channel.
Don't take our word for it
